I recommend printing on high quality texture matte paper for the most authentic look and feel. Please keep in mind that colors may vary subtly depending on monitor calibration settings, printout settings, and material type.

Since Infusion Home designs are placed on paper sizes in different proportions, there will be slight variations in design layout and dimensions. Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not accept returns – however if you encounter an issue with your download, please contact us.

Simply print your artwork from your home printer.For best results we recommend printing through a local photo center or professional online print service such as: Staples, Poster Jack, Finer Works, Office Works, Vistaprint, Costco, UPS Store, Office Depot, Target, Walgreens, Walmart, Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc.

Refund Eligibility

Since our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, we typically cannot offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

- Item Not as Described: If you receive a product that is significantly different from its description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Provide detailed information about the discrepancy, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the product or offering a refund.

- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems downloading or accessing your purchase that cannot be resolved without our assistance, please provide us with details of the issue, including screenshots or error messages. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund.
