Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak, it may affect the delivery schedule to some destinations. Your orders may experience shipping delays. We suggest you keep abreast of the latest logistics situation and follow information through the relevant tracking number.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Infusion uses USPS as the main courier within the US. For other countries, the most reliable courier is chosen based on best tracking info and expediency. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Infusion Home Interiors is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, etc.).

The taxes included are general sales taxes applicable to each country, for example VAT, GST etc.

Please note we're unable to cancel the shipment after the item is sent. Every product comes with a 30 day guarantee. Please see below for eligibility for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three to ten working days.

If you are a business wishing to order larger quantities of products, please contact via email including the following information

- Which products and what quantity you are interested in.

- Where the products will be shipped to.

- Approximate date you will be needing the shipment.

- Your name.

- Name of the company.

- Company address.

- Contact telephone number.

An individual quote will be given for product prices and shipping costs.
This is to ensure that you get the best prices and discounts for bulk
orders.

Infusion has gift cards available in 5 different denominations, $10, $25, $50, $100 and $200. Follow the link here to purchase.If you wish to purchase a more specific or higher denomination, send an email and I will create an individual gift card.

Infusion Home is based in Norway. The offices are situated in the quaint town of Horten which lies along the Oslofjord.
